Jefferson began working with his hands and in the trades as an adolescent outside of Philadelphia, PA.

• From 1991-94 (high school) roofing suburban Philadelphia during the summers.

• Skilled in Fine Arts School from late 94 – 95, beginning carpentry in 96.

• In 1997 he worked for a high end residential painting company and then a residential remodeling company.

• In 1999, he moved west working with a small contractor/finish carpenter in high end residential remodeling.

• In late 2003 he started a residential and light commercial remodeling company in San Francisco with 2 partners until 2006.

• From late 2006-2011 he worked as an independent contractor in both the Bay Area and then in Southern Oregon.

In late 2011 he began a new career working with people in small business coaching working for the company EMyth, and in 2016 left to work independently with business owners and their leadership teams.

Despite nearly a decade of a new career, he kept (and expanded) his tools and would take on small projects for friends. He's skilled in carpentry - framing to finish work, tile, sheetrock, wooden decks and exteriors, built-ins, light electrical and plumbing, interior and exterior door installation, and most all facets of small remodeling projects.
